Patek is quite famous for its perpetual calendar with chronograph wristwatches and this model is where serial production starts. This configuration, described as "pink on pink", is closer to an orange brown to my mind when I was looking at it. That aside, I must admit that I had a smile stretching from Hong Kong to Geneva in the time I had it on my wrist. I hope it might bring a smile to your face too.

It's 35mm but it didn't feel small.
Must have been the history and that old world charm about it. These vintage pieces don't feel that heavy on the wrist and because of the size, this piece really hugs the wrist and sits comfortably.
