There is a full review on some of the fine watches that will be sold this comming week end on Watch Rap

Patek Philippe Heure Universelle with enamel cloisonn? dial representing europe based on Cottier?s invention. This watch is absolutely beautiful, I had only seen it in pictures but the real thing is stunning.

Patek Philippe only rectangular triple date piece made by Patek (1938) the uniqueness of this piece also comes from the horizontal disposition of the date indications. Patek continued producing triple date watches but in round or tonneau cases never again in a rectangular case.

Patek Philippe single button chronograph ref 130 (circa 1936), a single button ref 130 is very rare since the majority of pieces made under this reference were 2 button chronographs:

Patek Philippe ref 130, 2 button chronograph 1934

Patek Philippe Chronograph ref 1579 circa 1943

Patek Philippe table clock with perpetual calendar and 8 day power reserve made in 1927 for Henry Graves. This one out of 2 known the other being made for?big surprise?James Packard

Patek Philippe perpetual calendar chronograph ref 2499 (circa 1951) retailed by Freccero, surprisingly this watch has a larger case size (38mm) than its recent cousin the 3970 (36mm), now only if they would make the 3970 in a 38mm case? 

Patek Philippe perpetual calendar ref 1526 (circa 1941), 1st series. What makes this piece unique is that the seconds counter is at the periphery of the date indication

Patek Philippe perpetual calendar ref 2497 circa 1951

Patek Philippe perpetual calendar ref 3450Q 2nd series made in the 1980s. This watch was produced in 244 pieces between 1981 and 1986, the first series had a leap year indication via a red dot and the 2nd series via roman numerals.

Patek Philippe perpetual calendar ref 96 produced in 1937, unique piece and the first perpetual calendar watch with retrograde date display

Patek Philippe Reverso made in 1930 (very few pieces based on the JLC patent were also made by Patek in the 30s)

Patek Philippe ref 5150G in white gold made in 150 pieces to celebrate the 150th anniversary of the beginning of the relationship between Patek Philippe and Tiffanys. This watch always looked terrible on photos but it really is beautiful in real. The only problem with this watch is that instead of indicating the months by using abbreviations they use the number of the month (ie oct=10) and so as not to confuse the wearer between the date and the month they printed month on the dial right to the month indication aperture. A bit silly in my opinion and not of the utmost aesthetics.
