ref. 5030, underappreciated?
I've had this watch for several months and truly enjoy its unique shape compared to my other more "traditional" watches. I?m a little surprised that there have been so few comments about this reference over the years at this forum. It can?t be because of its plain and simple movement, plenty of threads on the 5117, 5107, etc. Perhaps the case is too unorthodox to gain commonplace acceptance. Whatever the reason, I?m not complaining. It?s nice to wear a watch by a renowned manufacturer placed in a case that is sensuous and unusual. Vive la difference!
