i have one of these in a platinum case. the watch is understated elegance. a joy to wear. thin and graceful not a big clunker like so many other watches of recent years.
the officers hunters half case exhibition back with power reserve, moon phase, date complication is awesome. you pop open the back to see the art work inside (that is what i think of the mechanism by patek when displayed - it is candy for the eyes). quite a treat.

Hi, I've always found the 5054 to be a very nice classical little complication! I'm a great fan of the officer case too. I hope to see a 5154 come some day. The P being my favorite and then the R! The watch may be small though by todays standards, so try ...
