I scratch my head when I read of quartz movements.

Why do PP chose to do this only in certain ladies models? Are they embarrased about quartz, or do they imagine that women won't notice/don't care about the absence of a mechanical movement?

If PP think that quartz movements are acceptable, then let them produce quartz men's models. No prizes for guessing the response to that.

get a quartz movement... u know women, then are always late after getting ready for 2h, when they prepare themselves for a big event, so u wanna ruin their pretty nails fixing time on their watch at the last moment? ... lol... don't worry my friend, its l...

also when women are late we men are always the idiot who have to set their watches and shake them like a can of paint to get it going again, so better women watches are quartz hehehehe
