My local jeweler said employees at jewlery stores are being robbed more often. A jeweler's organization has issued warnings about showing watches at shows where the pieces must be transported and against wearing any yellow gold pieces in certain metro, most, areas as thieves will notice and stake out for robbery.Too bad the times we live in and the rush to gold.

This is why proper channels should be followed and not gray market with open papers. WHO knows what really happened. My guess it went to the highest bidder.
It is a disgrace that someone stole the watch
but I'm not sure what it has to do with the grey market. the watch was obviously sold by an AD originally and then bought by a grey market dealer, who just happens to be a great guy and very trust worthy. I'll keep my eyes peeled and wish you the best of ...
