I would like to just share an experience i had with PP. I just received my PP magazine today, and alas, it was in a dfferent language from my usual magazine!
After so many months of wating and anticipation, i was distraught i wasn't able to read it! I immediately logged on to my computer and went to the PP website to the 'contact us' page to let them know of the issue.
God know why, within 3 hours, they had replied me! They apologized for the mix up and told me they would b dispatching the english version in the next few days.
So, to everyone out there, Patek DO care about their customers, and they DO reply to queries/issues. Thumbs up for this excellent and prompt reply!
