PP and Premium
I am not sure if I agree with lacs2's comments that Stern does NOT allow his AD to sell over premium. This is a common practice in Asia, even from the ADs and I would be surprised if the Sterns claim ignorance on such practice. By the same token, it is also common practice to discount in Asia although for PP, the discount is less with every price increase.
Asian market combined (Hong Kong, China, Singapore, Japan and Taiwan) is probably bigger than Europe and definitely more than US. One would wonder why PP is so much stricter about their pricing policy in the US but not so much in Asia...
