Purchased mine in Switzerland. While it's been awhile and the exchange rate may have affected things, it was much less expensive than buying same watch in the U.S.

the Patek |Boutique in Geneva. Impeccable service, good availability, experience of the store, and if you get the tax back at the airport plus a little discount a price that may still be beatable but not when one considers the other factors.
