Patek Philippe Ref. 2499 1st and 2nd series
This is a great site, Thomas in California, interested in Ref 2499 Patek Philippe, would appreciate it if an expert on 2499 could help me with some information. Most interested in the first and second series in yellow gold since rose gold is too rare.
From what I understand, both the 2499 first and second series were produced between 1951-1960, and after 1960 the third series started until 1978 which could mean the least rare, and then the 4th series from 1978-1985.
Not too familiar with the first and second series 2499, although the first series is believed to be the rarest, and most valuable. If somebody could be so kind as to share some information on this it would be much appreciated. Thomas
