Hmmm.....interesting comparison.
I think i will choose 5196 PT, definitely platinum would be the first choice. Patek 5565 SS is a very exclusive piece, but let us think about the breguet numeral 570 sitting inside PP's museum.
If there is two of the same watch on auction 570 SS / 570 PT with the same case condition, breguet numerals with a two tone dial....which would you choose ??
Which would you think can fetch a higher hammer price at the end ???

Patek 5196P vs 5565A
I like the dials of both watches: 2 tones with numerals. I think these 2 are most beautiful contemporary calatravas. Personally, I like the dial of 5196P more, what is your view? Any comment is welcome. Addi

5565 A is definitely the winner to me :-) If you are talking about the case, still 5565A. It is one of the most beautiful Calatrava, imho ;-) *CL

I understand your viewpoint. However, for a SS 565 with special dial and mint case, it can reach HK$ 1M...remeber the aucttion in "C" Auction House one year ago? Anyway, I still choose 570PT rather than 565SS. IMHO, Addi
