my 5990A is also 120 meters and has got even four pushers and the date

The visible gap between the pushers and watch case does look a bit hazardous though…..
I asked my AD and was only warned to use the pushers under water
everything else is fine and I have been diving with it (in a pool only)

One of my favorite modern PP. I love the combination of rose and brown. I also think Patek rose looks more yellow than some other brands which makes it look more classy (imo). Probably two of the most useful functions. And great buy!

The weight is nice, much lighter than 5740, yet still with adequate weight.

Regarding the water resistance issue, do you have any concern? Certainly will never press the pusher under water. But will you be worried of water getting into movement through he gap between pushers and watch case even without activating the pushers?

Thank you, Geross. I have been looking at this reference for a long time, starting from 5164A. Fortunately can finally grasp this R version.
The 40.8mm size watch case same as your 5167 sits very comfortably on wrist (though slightly thicker for 2.1mm). Cheers, Henry
