The cross-stiching looks great. I think you could get something like it custom made, or you could stick to OEM. But for the Calatrava, I don't think it works. Still, the brown version really impresses me because the shade of the strap is really pretty: ...

A bit more elegant one, for the Calatrava. It is too casual for this watch, in my opinion.
