Just Received My First Patek Philippe
Greetings All- Since starting my watch collecting hobby/obsession/etc in 2000, I learned that Patek Philippe is the best watch manufacture; in terms of movement quality, finishing, etc (I know some may say that other companies are arguably in that league too...). I aspired over my years of collecting to one day own such a fine timepiece. My watch collecting hobby has taken a recent turn towards smaller watches by today's standards (under 38mm) since my wrist is small and 38mm+ frequently looks disproportionately large. I also came to the conclusion that there is no point in owning a watch that does not receive adequate wrist time. So I sold a few pieces to acquire this piece. A Patek Philippe 3800. Quite an incredible day. I took a few shots of the watch in a Ferrari Enzo that I had the pleasure of riding in yesterday morning. The best with the best?? Enjoy!

Great pictures, Eric09!! How large is your 3711? I have the certificate from Patek and it states 1990. I believe my 3800 is 37mm but that may be with the extended 'wings' or porthole sides? The Enzo is absolutely incredible. The car was surprisingly comfo...
