Just checking my old catalog and the 3700/3 has

 

2 rows of diamonds( approx. 1.62 cts.) pave set around the bezel. Checking another non-Patek reference shows the 3700/11 to be pretty much the same as a basic 3700/1.

The 3700/11 may be a variant of the 3700/1 by a difference of the movement or bracelet from the 3700/1.

I am in the process of acquiring a 3700 yellow gold with factory diamond bezel. The watch case states that it is a 3700/3 but I have also seen some in the Internet stating similar watches having reference 3700/11. What are the differences between these 2 ...
