It would help immensely...
if you could re-take some clearer, and larger, shots and repost them.
there were some movements with very high numbers according to Patek's Wristwatch book.
In 1959, a new series of numbers started from 1100000-1101799.
From 1970-1971, looks like for calibers 13,5-320 the series of were 1240000-1244999. That is the highest I could find. I could not find any movement numbers for yours.
