I would check service history to see if there were any repairs that would explain this fact. Otherwise I think some of the other points already made are well taken.
You also have to decide how you’re going to wear this watch. It’s a parts watch. Will you be concerned about further disturbing the markers if you wear it in such a way? Sometimes function needs to outweigh form.

By now I have studied dozens of 5065 images where the hour markers show some agining. However, I have not seen one where the hands would match. Perhaps this is par for the course.....as I have a hard time to believe that everything I'm looking at, has rep...
It can well be that hands have been done with Luminova earlier… or in other words, older still available dials where used with newer sets of hands…
Also the amount of Tritium on indexes is usually less than on hands - which means they age differently/slower. Bear also in mind that hands will be replaced at maintenance (if you do not mention anything); not so the dial!

It's one of the reasons I went with a luminova dial Aquanaut.
Mine is also a luminova dial, and there is still a slight difference between the color of the indexes and hands
In my case, the hands look slightly darker. I wonder if the fact that the indexes have much less luminova and they have a white frame could also influence the visual difference. Another thing I've noticed is that these differences may not always be visibl...

While I'm normally OCD about things like that...for whatever reason it does not bother me here....but it certainly brings a valid question. Interestingly enough, they were adjusted and now are parallel with minute markers on 5167. ...
