It is still on the PP website, but ...
... it has a black dial now. My father got himself one roughly 2(?) years ago. His has a white dial and came with a box, that moves the watch to wind it up.
So the watch is not discontinued, but maybe this "powerbox" is? I would appreciate any info on this.

Hi, The 5139 is a recently issued reference. It is probably not a best seller, as the 5140 is the star, but it is a very beautiful watch and it is still in the PP catalog and website. Do you have any specific reason to think that it is discontinued? Cheer...
