..and on our celebrity flavored vein of the last few days.. the name on the papers of this 5959 were that of a former movie studio head Michael Ovitz. Not sure if he was cured of the collecting bug or if he needed to raise the cash. Apparently only 25 of these pieces ever produced and in another interesting twist, I was offered one of the last of these pieces to be produced by Patek, in black dial (december 2009 delivery). Can not overstate it. I would much, much rather have a 5004 having seen this piece up close.
