If there would have been an opportunity to buy in Basel, Tarja would have bought anything non-Patek. Actually she got so bloody upset that after I came down from the presentation, she took Anne, left me to Basel and went back to Zurich.
Once a nice lady in Geneva Salon told that "Patek Philippe is a family owned company and we always welcome families". We did not have Anne then and my wife Tarja asked: "can we come with our St. Bernard Fifi?" They told that Fifi is always welcome and would also get a bowl of water.
Anyhow, Anne is a different case. She's quite loud! Mother's genes...
