I am not giving any specific case here but this is what I have been informed from the industry.....

I was informed by... ( not taking names now) if they read this they will know... that some times things slips cause the watch maker/QC person etc might have had too much wine/booze etc and may have a hang over and may not be in a 100% frame of mind etc or...
