I'd be glad to see an official statement from PP saying there's only one year of production of 5970Y!
Same for the 5070P!
Until I see that I consider such statement as speculation, that's how it's called IMO.

ps: I'd too keep a 5970G over a 5970Y everyday, even if I definitely prefer the 5970R!

.......my personal point of view is to keep the 5970 white gold ( as well as Rose).. Remember all the main " heavy" collectors are more focalized in 1. PLATINUM 2. WHITE GOLD 3. ONLY vintage out of productionn watches in Yellow Gold . In few words to sell...
