Patek Philippe

Hello, Anyone know if this is movement has the correct markings - and what the movement number is? - seems to be missing a piece that would have the number engraved. Thanks! Patek Movement...

Hi, Patek Philippe has used (and may still use it) this base calibre for its ultra thin watches, but not with that very basic finish level AFAIK. It looks more like a fake using the right base calibre, than a rightful Patek Philippe watch. Sorry! Best Dje... 

136409, would place the movement well after 1971, if indeed a Patek movement. 1970-71 movement numbers were 1240000 to 1244999. Now, could be another possibility of a movement replacement or partial replacement of parts. I've never seen a movement marked ...
