It looks like a ref 2481 case

But the 2481 is a center second not a sub second piece Not sure about those hands, and the crown doesn't appear original. Do you have a movement pic?

Could be ref 2484 32mm in size

Only way to be sure is open the back- movement is cal 10-200 Reference number on inside of case back Julian

This watch was offered for sale to me today without any CoA or provenance. I tend to agree that it looks like a Frankenstein-watch, but wanted to make sure I wasn’t missing something. Thanks for the 2nd opinion.
