I think the case diameter is the same on these 2 models (37mm). I own the 5107p. The most obvious difference between the two, is that the case on the 5107 laps up and over onto it's face area in an art-deco like fashion which serves create a bezel-like reveal around the crystal, akin to, but not as pronounced as the dynamic at play on a 5070. This also results in the crystal being smaller on the 5107 and creating the illusion of a difference in size between it and the 5127. The dauphine hands are also larger and more pronounced on the 5127. The 5127 feels more crisp and bright faced and the 5107 has more of a period style to it.  I prefer the 5107 because it was made in PT and punches way above its weight when dressed in black dial...
