I am not a huge fan of gold in sports watches, but that is a personal preference and I guess this is no longer used mainly as a sports watch, but more a daily use watch.
I does not cease to amaze me how JLC adds value, and in my opinion rightly so, to the original Nautilus.

In agreement Imran...even within the broad and hugely successful (and stunning!) Nautilus offering of the last 45 years, the 5711R never fails to surprise every time you see it on somebody's wrist! ;-)
I guess it's the perfect brown dial/R case combo, or maybe just its simplicity combined with such a strong presence...but you can never go wrong with it! Thanks for a nice photoreport.
