Gorgeous?
The Patek Philippe reference 3842 is largely overlooked. Yet I find it very beautiful, even gorgeous, especially the first example below.
The case measures 28 x 36 mm.
Do you like it too?
Best, Emmanuel

According to A.F.W.
in a post from 2008, the small screw's function on the back cover isn't to secure it. When it is removed one can see another screwhead inside, very small, which is used to free the stem and crown from the case. Once the caseback is opened one can remove the movement. It cannot be removed from the case cover without removing the stem and crown first.
