i don't think there is an official calque.Patek don't make these items.They get top manufacturers to manufacture for them eg. E. Zegna makes the silk ties for them, Caran D'ache

A. To gift unique gifts to certain customers in order to say a special thank you for their patronage.... B. Copyright reasoning. By making several products other than watches, they keep their copyrighted logo and name just for their company and thus not "...

Last time I was in London's PP boutique, it started to rain while I was in. That is the reason why I was gifted with a nice umbrella. Some other time I received a loupe. Nice quality giveaways.
