Found the Patek 5116G Enamel Dial Calatrava finally but preowned
I had one of these back in days and then gifted the watch to my business partner and since then I was unable to find myself another one . After 5 years of searching I finally managed to find one with a second hand watch dealer and immediately snapped one . I think it’s very under rated and surely a sleeper . I will receive the watch next week and I shall share the actual pics after the valeting service done on it ..

Lovely choice! This was exactly the reference that originally made me fall in love with Patek's enamel offering! At the time, for my first Patek I went for its non-enamel cousin (ref. 5119), and then nicer things followed from there...
In particular, I'm glad this hobnail bezel is now part of the Rare Handcraft collection, starting in year 2018 with ref. 5177, of which I'll be lucky to receive a second watch this year (after the "Boccadasse" in 2018). Congrats my friend on a historicall...

There are dreams in the Italian scenic spot series, including this Boccadasse. The rest is a yacht on Lake Geneva.
Agree, the other two 5177 Italian themes produced in 2018 (Tuscany countryside and Ponte Vecchio, fortunately one of each also allocated to Italy) were pretty fantastic....It was a terrific start for this 5177 series! ;-)
I totally wish you the best in your pursuit of a Rare Handcraft -- you already have a terrific collection and an enamel reference will just be the perfect addition!
