Both watches are certainly ones to consider however, be aware that these are not watches that can withstand a lot of hard wear as a sub would. Everyday wear is fine as long as you're not going to be chopping down trees or the like.
Service with take approximately 10-14 weeks after you have approved the service estimate. On average, I would count on 3-4 1/2 months from beginning to end
Service is generally every 3-5 years. The harder you wear the watch, expect more frequent and possibly more expensive services.
On the other hand, if you take care of your watches and by that, I mean you don't push the watches to their limits, then your experience with either watch will be great. I have both and prefer the Nautilus. It has nothing to do with comfort or durability but style instead. No issues with either thus far.
