you could be waiting longer than one year for delivery. the dealers don't know when they will get their ordered pieces until shortly before they arrive. Prices are going to go up soon that is guaranteed, so expect to pay more plus tax.
i agree with the others on deposit amounts. if your such a good customer, they should keep you at the front of the line knowing that your going to buy more watches in the future without deposit.
also you can expect to pay list price - no less on this piece. when i bought my 5101 i had to pay list price - i tried to get my AD to throw in a free rolex sub due to it's price, but he just smiled.
the watch market for patek has never been better - demand is so high.
