Congratulations
I got the very same watch last week after a nationwide search led me to Tiffany's as the only retailer that had one on hand. (See my post from late last week). Otherwise it would have been an 8-12 month wait and the post May 1 price. I have wore it non stop for a week. Love it. Great looking watch and understated elegance.
Mine also has the 324 caliber and I was wondering about that because it supposed to have th 315...Anyone knows what's going on?

Calibre 324 in 5146?
Absolutely gorgeous watch... one of my favourite Pateks! Noticed that in your photos the watch has a 324 caliber. I thought that this was only available in the the limited edition 5350, otherwise according to Patek's website the 5146 comes with caliber 31...
Patek is changing from 315 to 324
in most of their models. The 315 runs with 3 Hz and 324 with 4 Hz, so that it should be more accurate. My 5146 is running constantly with -2s/day.
