Can we register Patek timepiece acquired via auction?

Dear All,

Will you register your Patek acquired via auction at Patek's official website?

I remember it seemed to have an option of acquired through auction in their website beforehand, but I can't find this option now.

You can still send the registration online, but can't specify the means of acquisition (i.e. just leave the retailer/ seller part blank)

Just want to update my portfolio in their database if they do keep a record.

Thank you. How about the date of purchase? Did you enter the date of auction or the original purchase date of the 1st owner as stated on certificate of origin?

Yes original purchase date, AD and address

Thank you. But in my case, the original purchase date was back in 2013. That may seem to be a bit strange to register now.....
