Can I suggest you to try setting the time.....
back to Feb 28 again?
Maybe it will work this time. Sometimes when a watch is new or has not been use for a long time , strange things happen.
Try it and you will know the answer in a minute .
You will be happy to find out that it may just be an 'accident'.
