Patek Philippe

What would you guys go for between these two refs? and please state your reasons. Both watches are the simplest( easiest to read )automatic perpetual calendar of Patek philippes of all time, and both are strikingly similiar and rare. Thank you all for you... 

If you want a simple elegant dial,go for the simplest without the leap year indicator. IMO the WG3448 is a classic in the top 5 of normal production watch of PP.

However, if money is not an issue then it has to be 3450.

I am aware that the ref 3450 are rarer than the ref 3448, and also that almost all ref 3450 comes with a different leap year indicator. However, does the rarity and the leap year indicator justify the approx. USD 50-100K premium?
