Basel 2008 news: Patek Philippe Gondolo ref 5124
A while ago we discussed about the possible (and hoped, at least by me) launch of a more affordable watch with the calibre 25-21 REC PS.
This watch is here. It comes in an enlarged version of the former (and long discontinued) 5024 case.
The case is now also very subtly cambered and nicely fits my wrist (sorry no wrist shot).
The new Gondolo 5124 in white gold
The Gondolo 5124 is offered in two versions, one in white gold with a "vintage rose" dial with black Breguet style numerals, the other in yellow gold with a silvery opaline dial with gold applied hour markers and numeral.
Patek Philippe calibre 25-21 REC PS
Dimensions are 33.4 x 43 mm.
This Gondolo 5124 is once again an Art Deco evocation.
