I don't have the Nautilus 5711, but do have the same wrist size as yourself.
I went for the 5165, which looks better balanced to me than the 5167. It's noticable that PP have stretched the case of the 5167, which has ruined the perfect symmetry of the 5165 and of its predecessor, the 5065.
