The size is perfect to create a quick identification of the time.

It is meant to be, but it's in an R, so there comes up a first "confusion". Other being, it wears "pizza-esque", but I'm sure it's only my lack of education about its lineage.

How long did it take for you getting used to reading time on this dial ?

It takes a short time to clearly identify the time. I wear different watches from time to time and it doesn't need any changeover time at all today. In my opinion, it is the most beautiful watch from the optics that Patek Philippe has released. Thanks for... 

One of the most interesting in the Patek catalogue (imho). Looks great on your wrist.

It probably has the largest number of applied numerals on dial among Patek references and 260 caliber, one of my favourite calibers! Enjoy! Henry

I tried it on once and loved it on the wrist. Although my favorite way of displaying a second time zone for traveling is definitely a 24h hand, I'm not sure if I would get used to that for the local time. But I guess it would be a matter of practice 😅 Enj...
