advice please - problem with Aquanaut 5065/1A

Just yesterday I wore my PP aquanaut for the first time in a few months (It sits on my JFA 4-watch winder). I noticed a little problem with it. Please tell me what you think.

The watch (or should I say the minute hand) is keeping perfect time, but the hour hand is a little off. It points to the hour marker at 10 before the hour, and, on the hour, when the minute hand is on the 12, the hour hand is a little past the marker. I notice it the most when the time is 5 minutes before the hour, yet the hour hand is already a little past the hour marker. I don't know if it was always like this and I never noticed it, or if it's a new problem.

Any ideas on how this can happen? Should the watch have full service for this?
