5320G Worth the Wait
The 5320G was designed to be a contemporary take on a "vintage" look ... essentially the advantage of modern mechanics with the old world charm of a lacquered dial and boxed crystal. Masterfully, Patek Philippe has combined the exact dial and metal to achieve this goal. Maybe there could be a "J" or "R" version ... but it's just as likely that this will be a one-off. Looking at the watches in your picture, ... the new 5740G will be another Nautilus with a blue dial? You may want some more variety? I like it, but some aficionados have a tough time making the Salmon of the 5270P work in their wardrobe? Others have described it better than me, .... but the 5320G has a pleasant warmth and it's small apertures present a load of information very clearly in a splendidly subtle manner. Very understated. Very Patek.
