i dont think the perpetual is any more delicate than the annual calendar. if you are doing such a strenuous and intense activity that a perpetual calendar's movement is damaged, I would be confident that the annual calendar's movement would be damaged too...

makes for a great daily wearing watch, I think it fits all of your needs except the showering. All though I'm sure it will stand up to the water, I think the soap is the bad part. As for investing , you have to go much further up the food chain or get ext...
