It's the 4864, the first complicated lady's model by PP
Clearly recognizable by the three lovely charbochons used in the crowns ( blue saphire stones ). The gent's 5034 has uncut, undisturbed circles below 12 and above 6 and no charbochons. It has a diameter of 30 mm and was produced longer: from 1997 to 2005....
Not to my knowledge. But lovely design: as lady's and gent's version. That chabochons...
... I would love to see on the gent's model in a "contemporary" 36 - 37 mm case. I know, it would look quite feminine but GO and Cartier use this lovely design feature quite often. Regards Moritz
