I think the 2452 is a beautiful watch. Simple and elegant.
I would suggest checking if the crown, band, buckle are all Patek (and if they are the correct ones for this watch). And as noted the condition of the dial and finishing. And when the date of last (Patek) overhaul was. This is a watch that will last more than a lifetime. But if you decide to own a Patek, you will probably also want to make certain that everything is original to that model and in perfect shape. This can add time and money after the fact. This is something I don't mind doing - it gives great pleasure to restore a Patek (or other great timepiece) to its original condition. But... it's not for everybody.
