The dog head is a post-1995 Swiss precious metal hallmark
Oct 07, 2019,07:25 AM
The diamond-shaped punch is a St. Bernard dog head, and the letter on its neck kerchief is "G," because Geneva is the location of the Swiss assay office that punched the case.
PPCo is just a note that this is part of Patek's manufacture case series. In previous eras, Patek cases were created by contractors and delivered to the factory. For example, a 1990s 5016 grand complication would feature "JPH" on the case because those were the initials of the local gentleman who crafted many of the minute repeater cases.
750=18-karat gold fineness mark; 750 over a scale is the international Common Control mark established by international convention.
Best,
Tim
