Patek Philippe

I've always liked the Nautilus 5711, but last year I got my hands on the launch model, the 3700, and I'm absolutely blown away by its overwhelming presence.

The one on the left is the AJ, a two-tone model, and the one on the right is the A.

Although both are made of stainless steel, the 3700 gives the impression of having a denser construction compared to later models.

The warranty card states that it was released in 1983, but the dial has the Sigma logo on it.

This might be the original black dial.

According to the archives, this AJ was manufactured in 1973 and sold in 1980. Its good condition suggests it may be a service dial.

The clasp is quite appealing.

The dark navy dial stands out against the J bezel.

The old type is nice too.

It’s not explicitly stated, but this might be made by GF.
