Apparently I haven\'t worn it since January - and the only setting button I remember is the one day advance which I usually use between 11 and 12 (and I don\'t want to press it 90 times!) Could anyone remind me what the other buttons do and what the setti...  

You could go to the Patek.com website , they have instructions manual for your watch.
