I recently had a PP dissappear in shipping from my AD to me.  The package arrived wth the watch box and paperwork, but no watch.  The AD quickly sent me a new watch, and went after UPS.  I did however contact PP Geneva through their website with the case and movement number.  I was advised by PP in Geneva to send the information to Stern in NY.  They will notice when it comes in for service.
