Patek Philippe

I 'lost' my beautiful Patek about 4 or so years back when living in Ireland. I had several workers renovating the place and only noticed several weeks later it had gone.

I have now uncovered the original certificate or origin and owners pack and am wondering whether there is any way I can use this to track the watch in the event it has had work done on it in the last few years. Anyone know if Patek keep tabs on this type of thing and if so who I can talk to in Patek to get such an inquiry underway?

I hope this is helpful. I suspect recovery is a low probability (but non-zero) event.

you can report it to PP.  If the watch ever goes for service in the future, they'll contact you.

I truly understand your feelings but let me tell ya very frankly that Patek and Rolex have got the most effecient watch tracking practices, just report the movement number of your watch to any A.D around ya and from there it will be conveyed directly to the headquarters, and there exists a very bright chance that you get the location of your stolen piece real soon

I recently had a PP dissappear in shipping from my AD to me.  The package arrived wth the watch box and paperwork, but no watch.  The AD quickly sent me a new watch, and went after UPS.  I did however contact PP Geneva through their website with the case and movement number.  I was advised by PP in Geneva to send the information to Stern in NY.  They will notice when it comes in for service.
