Yes, time for it to get checked...something is certainly not synced anymore...hope all goes well and nothing major.

It would seem that it left the factory that way?

The minute hand is correct, because the date changes when the minute hand is at 12. So the hour hand is somehow ~25 minutes off.

I had a watch that had this problem and

The manufacturer was able to reset the hour hand. But it seemed for my case it left the factory that way

13 years. This is the first issue it ever had.

It surely deserves a service and you can also order a rubber strap with buckle for versatility
