Also, I no longer see the 5160 (engraved case variant of 5159). With 5159 and 5496 already gone, appears that there is no “simple” retrograde perpetual.

Yes, there is 5316 with tourbillion and minute repeater but that is a whole other level of truly grand complication. I happen to love the retrograde perpetual complication. Surprising to me that it has not been more popular over time.

I wouldn't be surprised if they launch a replacement based on the 5976 platform, although it wouldn't be for me

somewhat disappointing i think. 5980 all models, 5396r only blue with baguettes out, 7234 a year ago, 5147 and some 7300. there's a lst in a neighbour forum
